A pool, spa and sports court tied together by lawn, grey brick and layered planting on a wide Berwick block.

This Berwick landscape design brings a family's outdoor life onto one broad level. A pool with a raised, tiled spa sits beside the pavilion behind slim black blade fencing, with pale stone paving and wide steps running down to the lawn. Across the grass, a black sports court is screened by upright trees, and at the street a rendered wall and vertical blade fence set a quiet front garden beneath a mature canopy.

The side paths became gardens of their own, with stepping stones through groundcover, raised timber beds and a battened screen. A magnolia at the steps, deep red foliage and white flowering shrubs soften the brick. Built and now growing in, it is one of our pool and garden projects in Melbourne's south-east, with photographs to follow.
